报告摘要As fast development of computer hardware and numerical algorithms, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) plays a more and more important role in the aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering and so on. In the past 25 years, the group at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National University of Singapore has made a great effort in the research on CFD. A number of numerical methods have been developed and successfully applied to simulate various flow and fluid-structure interaction problems. Some recent advances of this development will be reported in this talk. In the talk, we will present our recent progresses in the development and applications of boundary condition-enforced immersed boundary method; phase-field multiphase flow models, lattice Boltzmann flux solver (LBFS) and gas kinetic flux solver (GKFS) for simulation of flow field. Some recent progresses on data-driven flow simulations will also be briefly discussed.

 

 

 

教授简介

舒昌教授1991年获得英国格拉斯哥大学博士学位。1992年起在新加坡国立大学机械工程系任教。舒昌教授长期从事计算流体动力学的研究工作。其主要研究方向包括偏微分方程的高效数值方法、格子Boltzmann方法及其应用、气体动理论格式及其应用、动边界和多相流的数值研究。

·         2007年至今,中国教育部长江学者讲座教授(Changjiang Lectureship Professor of Ministry of Education of China)。

·         2007年,海外杰出青年基金(Outstanding Overseas Young Research Award of National Science Foundation of China)。
