二、科研成果及转化

 

王呈方教授团队开发的船舶三维数控弯扳机

以船体外板冷弯成形加工的关键技术研究为突破口,基于先进的可重构模具技术、造船工艺技术、测量技术、现代信息技术和控制技术创新研制出集“机、光、电、液、控”等技术于一体的船舶三维数控弯板机。该机具有我国自主知识产权,已申请获得了多项专利,包括1项国际专利PCT(涉及美国、日本、韩国、欧洲、印度和澳大利亚等国)。其设计先进、运行可靠、性能优良,能对双曲度船体外板进行自动加工,其性能满足船板加工使用要求,可大部取代现行的“水火弯板”技术。

该项目研究成果主要有:(1)“船舶三维数控弯板关键技术与装备”高水平通过中国造船工程学会主持的科技成果鉴定,评定为“总体达到国际领先技术水平,是目前国内外唯一实现数字冷弯船板的先进造船工艺装备”;(2)项目中的关键技术已申请并获得发明专利2项,国际专利1项,实用新型专利3项,新申请实用新型专利2项;(3)申请并获得国家自然科学基金面上项目1项;(4)培养研究生4人;(5)协助合作方山东硕力机械制造有限公司成功申报并获得国家中小企业创新基金资助,积极参与国家重大专项预备项目的申报并通过山东省入围。

 

绿色智能江海直达船舶技术与产业化创新团队

武汉理工大学交通学院自“七五”科技攻关研制5000t级江海直达运粮船和268TEU江海直达集装箱船开始,到“九五”科技攻关研制江海直达矿石运输船,三十余年来一直致力于江海直达船舶关键技术的研发与探索。2005-2008年承担欧盟“江海联运技术”项目(46.5万欧元),采取“请进来、走出去”的策略,一方面邀请安特卫普大学、代尔夫特理工大学的权威教授来校合作交流,另一方面派遣年轻教师赴代尔夫特理工大学学习深造,主要从事江海直达船舶水动力性能、结构强度与船型优化等方面关键技术的学习研究工作。2010年承担工信部高新船舶技术专项“江海直达多用途船换代开发”(研究经费1800万),解决了宽扁肥大船型的关键技术问题。完成了一型具有自主知识产权的万吨级江海直达多用途(以散货为主兼运集装箱)船技术设计,船、机、电图纸完备,已通过中国船级社审图中心审核并可用于实船建造。专家评审意见:研究成果达到国际领先水平。2014年承担工信部高新船舶技术专项“江海直达节能环保集装箱示范船开发”(研究经费3500万),开发出世界最大、最先进、“3E”级(节能Energy-saving、高效Efficiency、经济Economic)江海直达集装箱船。目前,已完成武汉至宁波舟山航线的千箱级江海直达集装箱船技术设计,经水池实验验证,平均单箱日油耗较现有最先进船舶降低20%以上。该船能效设计指数较IMO基线值下降10%以上,满足IMO噪声规则、涂层性能标准、硫氧化物及氮氧化物排放标准。2013年被湖北省委批准为“宽扁型江海直达船产业化”创新团队,依托武汉理工船舶股份有限公司实现批量化制造,预计五年内实现产值26亿元,大力推进长江黄金水道建设。
